Growth strategy and go-to-market execution for scaling businesses
Who We Are
We partner with businesses to build more effective go-to-market models and accelerate revenue growth
We bring broad experience in financial services and tech, where we understand the commercial dynamics, customer economics, and regulatory constraints that shape growth.
Inspired by our name “Andza”, which means to multiply or grow in Xitsonga, our mission is to help clients achieve more efficient, scalable revenue growth with the customer at the center of every decision.
We empower our clients to tackle the commercial and operational questions that matter most:
-
What growth levers should we focus on over the next 12-18 months?
Which customer segments deliver the highest lifetime value?
How clear and differentiated are we relative to competitors?
-
Are we reaching the right customers through the right channels, at a cost that makes sense?
Does our pricing capture the full value we deliver?
Do our sales, marketing, and customer success teams have clear roles, shared metrics, and the right incentives to drive growth?
-
Where are customers dropping out of the customer journey and what is driving churn?
Which customer experience improvements will directly impact profit and loyalty?
How do we use customer and market insights to drive product, service, and commercial improvements?
Who We Work With
We work with founder-led and investor-backed businesses that have found a model that works, but now need to grow it efficiently with the right foundation to scale
We focus on sectors where we have targeted expertise, and selectively work with businesses in other sectors facing similar challenges:
FINANCIAL SERVICES & FINTECH
Accelerate revenue growth and strengthen customer loyalty and engagement in data-rich, regulated markets (e.g. fintech, payments providers, banks, credit card issuers)
TECH-POWERED SECTORS
Drive go-to-market effectiveness and commercial performance in scaling, technology-driven businesses (e.g. SaaS, enterprise platforms)
Our clients are typically facing one or more of these challenges:
Growth that is slower or less efficient than it should be
A go-to-market motion that is not delivering the customer growth or economics it should
An operating model that has not kept pace with the business
They recognize that the next phase of growth demands clearer priorities, a more effective commercial model, and a sharper understanding of what customers actually need.
